About me

Hey, I’m Josh Kennedy, I'm a hybrid athlete, coach, and creator using fitness as a starting point for deeper transformation. My approach is rooted in balance rather than the extremes prevalent in the mainstream fitness culture. I train/coach for aesthetics, endurance, and competition - showing discipline needed to meet goals, while allowing flexibility/enjoyment of life.

I’ve walked away from my corporate job to build something more meaningful: a coaching business and online community that helps people feel strong, capable, and grounded in their bodies. I share training insights, nutrition guidance, and tips on living a holistically healthier lifestyle.
