Low Cost: Having a personal trainer can be very expensive. However, under my fitness-for-all philosophy, I offer rates far below the average market value.
High Involvement: I have a very hands on approach and am highly invested in my clients’ success- in and out of the gym. I am in communication with my clients all throughout the week to ensure they are fully supported.
No Nonsense Approach: My methods are practical and evidence based with no fluff. I’ll help you reach your goals making the process as simple as I can for you.

My Fitness Philosophies
I believe fitness should be for everyone. My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space in the fitness community where ALL people - all fitness levels, income levels, gender identities, ethnic backgrounds, sexualities, etc. - feel like they belong and are supported, motivated, and confident.
The number one driver for your success is building an environment, lifestyle, and habits that allow you to be consistent. I work very closely with my clients to meet them where they’re at and ensure that their plans are practical and fit to their unique needs, so they’re able to maintain consistency.
No one’s fitness journey will be perfect, but if you do the right things a large majority of the time- and for an extended period of time- things will fall into place. I’m here to give you the structure, knowledge, and accountability you need to get to where you want to be.
Get to know your coach
I’m Josh Kennedy- I’m a passionate personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), dedicated to helping people transform their lives, starting with their fitness, through affordable online training services.
I grew up in Houston, TX, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. I’m also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and worked in Big 4 Accounting/Consulting for over five years. I left my corporate role because of the passion and meaning I found in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Personally, I have experience losing weight, gaining muscle, training for HYROX, running half-marathons, competing in powerlifting and strongman - and have trained countless clients to do the same things.
When I’m not training, you can probably find me with my Corgi son Lenny, spending time with my nieces/nephews, in the kitchen working on my chef skills, watching anime, or deep into a thriller or science fiction book.
